better, more streamlined and customized way to conduct property management in the area. Today they combine the latest technology,
marketing strategies, exceptional professional property management and friendly, personal service in creating a management team that truly
cares for both its owner clients and tenant customers.

I’m often asked why I do what I do, and the truth is that I absolutely love my job. I feel truly connected to both my owners and tenants. 32578 Niceville Property Management, LLC, is the culmination of 15 years in real estate, 20+ years as a military wife, and 6 military moves. I’ve been the absentee landlord hoping that my property manager had by best interest at heart. I’ve also been the military spouse singlehandedly prepping my family for another move and another condensed house hunting tour. And, from personal experience, I know that it can all be a little much. Mary and I built this company to strengthen the relationship between tenants and homeowners, and to make those difficult times a little bit easier.

Having spent many years moving as an Air Force spouse I know first hand the challenges of being an absentee landlord and on the other side trying to find a new home. I believe Susan and I as owners of 32578 Niceville Property Management LLC have the experience and insight into the unique rental market in this area. I really enjoy taking care of owners and their homes and helping tenants feel at home while here on the Emerald Coast.
