I’m often asked why I do what I do, and the truth is that I absolutely love my job. I feel truly connected to both my owners and tenants. 32578 Niceville Property Management, LLC, is the culmination of 15 years in real estate, 20+ years as a military wife, and 6 military moves. I’ve been the absentee landlord, hoping that my property manager had my best interests at heart. I’ve also been the military spouse, single-handedly prepping my family for another move and another condensed house-hunting tour. And, from personal experience, I know that it can all be a little much. Mary and I built this company to strengthen the relationship between tenants and homeowners, and to make those difficult times a little bit easier.

Having spent many years moving as an Air Force spouse, I know firsthand the challenges of being an absentee landlord and, on the other side, trying to find a new home. I believe Susan and I, as owners of 32578 Niceville Property Management LLC, have the experience and insight into the unique rental market in this area. I really enjoy taking care of owners and their homes and helping tenants feel at home while here on the Emerald Coast.
